個(gè)人(rén)簡介

華東師大(dà)心理(lǐ)與認知科學學院副教授,博士生導師;華師大(dà)兒(ér)童腦(nǎo)成像中心副主任。


黃(huáng)楚中實驗室的(de)研究聚焦于利用(yòng)非侵入性磁共振成像技術描繪大(dà)腦(nǎo)結構和(hé)功能的(de)老化(huà)軌迹,以及成功老齡化(huà)的(de)促進作用(yòng)與相關健康成年人(rén)老化(huà)機制研究。有鑒于大(dà)腦(nǎo)結構是形成認知功能的(de)基礎,了(le)解大(dà)腦(nǎo)中扮演信息處理(lǐ)的(de)灰質和(hé)信号通(tōng)路的(de)白質之間的(de)交互作用(yòng)至關重要,對(duì)大(dà)腦(nǎo)結構連接組學的(de)深入了(le)解将有望爲揭示認知以及神經退行性、精神疾病的(de)發展提供神經生物(wù)學證據。因此,實驗室主要研究目标圍繞整合最先進的(de)神經影(yǐng)像學方法,包括複雜(zá)皮層型态、彌散磁共振和(hé)定量成像技術,重建人(rén)類腦(nǎo)網絡及相關指标,作爲評估大(dà)腦(nǎo)性能狀态的(de)探針,爲人(rén)類畢生階段的(de)大(dà)腦(nǎo)健康狀況提出客觀的(de)生物(wù)标識。

個(gè)人(rén)專長(cháng)主要研究爲運用(yòng)多(duō)模态磁振造影(yǐng)影(yǐng)像搭配進階影(yǐng)像學分(fēn)析法及統計模型探索生物(wù)醫學标記,其中包含腦(nǎo)皮質結構(體積、厚度、皺褶曲度)、功能(血氧濃度訊号)。本人(rén)緻力于探討(tǎo)大(dà)腦(nǎo)連結于發育、老化(huà)、以及神經精神疾病之研究,利用(yòng)多(duō)模式影(yǐng)像技術整合大(dà)腦(nǎo)結構、損傷以及功能連結變化(huà),以找尋生物(wù)潛在影(yǐng)像标記爲目标,以作爲未來(lái)精準醫療及轉化(huà)醫學上預防、評估及治療依據。
