華東師範大(dà)學心理(lǐ)與認知科學學院教授(博士生導師),紫江青年學者。

社會兼職

中南(nán)大(dà)學、蘇州科技大(dà)學兼職教授。中國人(rén)力資源開發研究會常務理(lǐ)事,中國心理(lǐ)學會工業心理(lǐ)學專委會理(lǐ)事,中國心理(lǐ)學會管理(lǐ)心理(lǐ)學專委會理(lǐ)事。《中國人(rén)力資源開發》,《珞珈管理(lǐ)評論》,《應用(yòng)心理(lǐ)學》, 《Asian Pacific Journal of Management》等期刊編委。辦有'泡泡心理(lǐ)'微信公衆号。

研究方向

專業方向:工業-組織心理(lǐ)學(組織行爲學)、人(rén)力資源管理(lǐ)、行爲決策與組織管理(lǐ)等。

具體包括:1)員(yuán)工主動性、領導力和(hé)組織發展;2)數智時(shí)代的(de)員(yuán)工心理(lǐ)與行爲;3)創新創業的(de)微觀機理(lǐ)等。

研究生招生:博士,學術碩士,應用(yòng)心理(lǐ)碩士(MAP)。

也(yě)歡迎相關專業博士(管理(lǐ)心理(lǐ)學、組織行爲、人(rén)力資源管理(lǐ)等)申請博士後。

招生與培養

本課題組兼顧學術與應用(yòng),強調理(lǐ)論基礎知識、合理(lǐ)邏輯思維、數理(lǐ)統計及英語基礎和(hé)應用(yòng)等能力學習(xí)。

課題組努力打造開放、包容、進取的(de)學術文化(huà),堅持高(gāo)質量訓練,産出高(gāo)質量成果,課題組學生曾獲上海市優秀畢業生,多(duō)次榮獲國家獎學金。

課題組畢業生就業面廣,廣泛進入雙一流高(gāo)校商學院、管理(lǐ)學院、公管學院和(hé)心理(lǐ)學系從事科研工作,晉升教授和(hé)副教授,多(duō)次申請到國家自然科學基金;或進入企事業單位從事人(rén)力資源管理(lǐ)工作,成爲職業經理(lǐ)人(rén);或進入高(gāo)校系統從事思政類工作。

科研項目

主持國家自然科學基金面上項目(72072058),主持完成國家自然科學基金面上項目(71372180)、青年項目(70902056)(結項優秀),教育部人(rén)文社科青年基金(09YJCZH087)。參與完成香港研究資助局(RGC)、國家自然科學基金、全國教育科學規劃基金多(duō)項,主持完成企業和(hé)政府橫向課題多(duō)項。
