周家琦博士，華東師範大(dà)學心理(lǐ)與認知科學明(míng)園晨晖學者，美(měi)國紐約州立石溪大(dà)學博士畢業。


臨床經驗：

美(měi)國紐約州注冊心理(lǐ)學家。自2016年開始從事心理(lǐ)咨詢工作，在中學、大(dà)學門診、以及社區(qū)門診積累了(le)超過3000小時(shí)以循證實踐爲基礎的(de)面對(duì)面個(gè)人(rén)、家庭、以及團體臨床心理(lǐ)治療經驗。可(kě)熟練運用(yòng)的(de)主要心理(lǐ)治療理(lǐ)論與方法包括知行爲療法（Cognitive Behavioral Therapy，包括Trauma-Focused CBT），辯證行爲療法 (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)，認知處理(lǐ)治療（Cognitive Processing Therapy），親子互動療法（Parent-Child Interaction Therapy）, 父母管理(lǐ)訓練（Parent Management Training），接受與承諾療法（Acceptance and Commitment Therapy）, 情感焦點療法（Emotionally Focused Therapy）等。擅長(cháng)治療的(de)心理(lǐ)疾病包括兒(ér)童以及成人(rén)強迫症、創傷後遺症、焦慮症、抑郁症、對(duì)立反抗症、邊緣性人(rén)格障礙，以及相關的(de)家庭關系問題與危機求援。

社會兼職

擔任 Cyberpsychology, Behavior, and Social Networking, Journal of Social and Personal Relationships, Personal Relationships, Emerging Adulthood, Journal of Adult Development, 等學術期刊審稿人(rén)。

研究方向

⻘少年與⻘年成人(rén)心理(lǐ)健康與幹預:

  • ⻘少年(12-18歲)與⻘年成人(rén)(18-29歲)常⻅的(de)行爲障礙(包括網絡成 瘾、非自殺性自傷等)與情緒障礙(包括抑郁症等)的(de)社會性病因與維持機制。

  • 針對(duì)⻘少年與⻘年成人(rén)常⻅行爲與情緒障礙的(de)評估。重點關注利用(yòng)多(duō)模态 數據結合機器學習(xí)等新式數據分(fēn)析對(duì)心理(lǐ)障礙進行精準評估。

  • 針對(duì)⻘少年與⻘年成人(rén)在發展轉折期容易觸發的(de)行爲障礙與情緒障礙的(de)幹 預研究。重點關注包括在中國文化(huà)背景下(xià)，常⻅心理(lǐ)幹預對(duì)行爲與情緒障礙 的(de)有效性，包括認知行爲療法、辨證行爲療法、家庭幹預等。


⻘年成人(rén)兩性關系與心理(lǐ)健康：

  • ⻘年成人(rén)兩性交往能力(romantic competence)的(de)形成機制。

  • ⻘年成人(rén)兩性交往能力與心理(lǐ)健康的(de)關系。

  • 針對(duì)提升⻘年成人(rén)兩性交往能力的(de)教育與幹預手段。
